  • One account for all your company’s needs

    Your Damen Services account is the gateway to everything you and your colleagues need to know and do concerning your Damen vessels or buying parts for any vessel. Because an account can have multiple authorised users, only one account is needed per company. Each company’s account is managed by its administrator who has responsibility for general settings, who else can use the account and their privilege levels.

    If your company already has an account to use the Damen Services Portal, please ask your administrator to add you as a user. If you are unsure who your administrator is, or if your company already has an account, contact us and we’ll check for you.

  • Track and trace all your orders, correspondence and documents

    All your interactions with Damen Services and associated documentation are recorded in your account, so it’s simple to manage every aspect of your purchasing-related activities. You can easily retrieve invoices, track communication and check the status of orders, deliveries, quotation requests, warranty claims and parts returns.

  • Documentation storage and part-matched shopping

    If you have Damen-made vessels which are covered by our Fleet Support services, full information about their configurations and parts is also easily accessed via your account. As well as checking the current configuration, you can submit updates and view any configuration update history.

    Technical information such as drawings, certificates and manuals are also stored here, so you can always find the part-related information you need. Plus you can shop online by serial number matching to your existing parts.

  • Get organised with multiple shopping carts

    Because buying parts can be a complex business, the Damen Services Portal helps you organise things better by allowing every account user to set up multiple shopping carts. You can have carts for each vessel, carts for different purchasers, carts for the items you want to buy now, carts for the items you want at a later date and carts for items you’d like a quote for.

    As well as adding and removing items whenever you choose, you can easily move them between your carts. You can re-name carts, change their owners, share carts between users or remove them completely. However you want to organise your parts buying, our multiple cart system is there to make it easier. Management of cart privileges is set by the account administrator. If you are unsure who your account’s administrator is, please contact us.
